Interviewed Nov 2010 (took a day)
The interview was thorough and more on fundamentals. For solar cell engineer position, prepare the manufacturing and characterization processes. Be thorough on what you have learnt. Even if we learn only few techniques that is ok but need to know it thoroughly.
Interview was tough and expect difficult questions on all the basics of manufacturing and characterization techniques.

Interviewed Dec 2008 (took 2 days)
Interviewed with one manager first. He referred me to other more suitable group. I totally agreed that other group was better suited. Although, I now think, there were even better groups. Other manager was impressed immediately. Got offer a few days latter. I did not negotiate as all other offers I had did not work out as recession started taking it toll. But upfront offer was already significantly better than median. No regrets!
