Interviewed Jan 2008 in Santa Clara, CA (took a day)
Well to keep it short, the interview was straight-forward and easy. They asked you how much you want to receive and you can negotiate from there. They know how to keep you happy at first but prepare to be really disappointed after you get hired.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Santa Clara, CA (took 3 days)
The interview process was composed of 6 1:1 meetings with members of the team. The team was misaligned on the xepectations and requirements from the candidate.
There were also discrepencies in the job description between the different memebr. It seemed like they did not know exactly what they are looking for.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in San Jose, CA (took a day)
Initial interview was relatively unprofessional. Interviewer will not look at you in the eyes, and he give little feedback as you go through your answer. Overall pretty robotic experience. I feel like I am being a bit unlucky as the the other person who interviewed the same day had a much better interviewer.

I was interviewed on-site by a panel of three people from the group to which I had applied. They asked me personality questions like how I worked in a team and some questions about my previous technical projects and how I dealt with setbacks or problems in those projects.
