Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
Got word of the Process Engineering job from the campus placement office. The interview process touched on the fundamentals of semiconductors like transistor operation and the role of high K dielectrics. Another section consisted of IQ questions, none of them too hard but most were trick questions so just be calm.

Unfrotunately, was just out of college and too green to negotiate but felt that I would ultimately fastracked to management judging by their attitude.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.
