Overall the interview was ok. I thought I had the offer but the offer was given to another competitor. I did a 20 min presentation and some questions about my research.

Took half an hour and the questions were very basic (behavorial, non-technical). They focus heavily on past work or lab experience.

Well to keep it short, the interview was straight-forward and easy. They asked you how much you want to receive and you can negotiate from there. They know how to keep you happy at first but prepare to be really disappointed after you get hired.

Initial interview was relatively unprofessional. Interviewer will not look at you in the eyes, and he give little feedback as you go through your answer. Overall pretty robotic experience. I feel like I am being a bit unlucky as the the other person who interviewed the same day had a much better interviewer.

I was invited to AMAT for a site interview for a process engineer position. I have interviewed with 5 people from different departments. All of them had the same list of questions in front of them that was prepared by the HR department. After the first 2 interviews, I started repeating myself since they were asking the same questions. Although the people I met were technical, I wasn't asked any technical questions (except one). Even though I thought I did well, I didn't get an offer. I tried contacting my interviewers to get feedback but never heard back from them.
