Interviewed Mar 2012 in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (took a day)
Gave my resume to an Applied Medical recruiter at a job fair. A couple weeks later I received an e-mail to schedule a phone interview. The person I spoke with over the phone was very nice and easy to talk to. Mostly asked about my project experience and my roles in the projects.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (took a day)
Spoke to someone at the campus job fair. Got a call asking to come up to for an interview. It was a panel interview with 7 people. They did not ask much about regular interview questions. They were more interested in my projects that I was involved in. One question was, what tool did you use to organize the project. Just talked about all I did which was great but not at the same time.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (took 2 weeks)
Was contacted promptly by the hiring manager who was very flexible in scheduling an on site interview. In person interview turned out to be a group/panel interview with 8 different managers. Questions were primarily based on information contained on my resume. Interview ended with a tour of the facility.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (took a day)
I received a call because I was recommended by an employee
The interview was the most unprofessional I have ever had. 7 people or so from their various groups It told me a lot about the company. The questions were very surface related. Nothing that made you think. About half way through the interview, the vice president or some other title came in and apologized that he was in a meeting, but he was reeking of cigarette smoke. Unless they have meetings in the smoking lounge, I doubt that was true.
Again, unprofessional, the offer amount made me think I was a manager at McDonalds, not a bachelors degree engineer with experience.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (took a day)
very fast, the interviewers (the same people from the department that I would eventually work in) didn't ask very many questions. The whole experience was quick and painless. Office setting was immaculate and the interview room was comfortable.
No trick questions just very straight forward questions about work history. Main interviewer took me on a tour of facility afterwards.
