Apptio Area Director, Sales Interview

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Bellevue, WA May 2010 – Reviewed Jan 9, 2013
Interview Details – Initial call with Regional Sales VP then trip to HQ followed by a round of interviews with several members of the executive team. Separate interview with CEO as well.
Interview Question – No real novel questions. Thorough round of interviews. Did not cut corners. Fairly standard questions Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Brief negotiation process. They were not willing to negotiate much on base, draw or stock options. They were very professional, structured and followed up in a timely manner. Process took 2 weeks.
