Interview Details – Recruiter found me and explained the opportunity. They introduced me to hiring manager, who invited me in to meet with several members of the team. This process took several hours. Everyone was very pleasant. They seemed to genuinely enjoy working with each other. Also they seemed prepared to integrate a new team member and make that person feel welcome once selected. Hiring manager was very engaged in the process and I liked that they moved quickly to provide feedback so we all could make a decision about whether to move forward together.

Interview Details – I went through a recruiter. This recruiter felt my experience in marketing was a great fit, as did I. However, my first phone interview was set up with an outsourced HR person who knew nothing about the medical industry. As I tried to explain key terms and practices typical to daily routines in the medical field to her, the interview got lost and turned into an education session with a frustrated student in the wrong class. I spent most of my time explaining what I was referring to. It was a waste of my time and the interview process was pretty much done.
