Interviewed Feb 2011 in Washington, DC (took 2 days)
I went to the Career Fair on site, I interviewed with 4 people at the fair and had to come back another day for the last interview with the Assistant General Manager. The interviews at the career fair were very easy. However the interview with the AGM was a little more difficult, she asked the behavioral questions.

There was no negotiation phase. I was offered the position over the phone and told to show up on a specific date to fill out paper work. I was not even given the opportunity to accept or decline, I was just told when to be there.
Other Details

Interviewed Oct 2008 (took 3 weeks)
Things started out great. The recruiter was very responsive and positive during the initial phone/screening interview. I then had several additional phone interviews with peers and a district manager. The next level would have been a regional manager. I felt really positive about making it to the next level. This regional manager was on vacation for a week, so I was expecting to hear back to schedule the interview with her when she returned. Then, NOTHING. All communication simply stopped. Several calls to the recruiter went unreturned. Very frustrating after investing so much time.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
