Interviewed Apr 2012 in Quincy, MA (took 6 weeks)
Received call from Recruiter one day after submitting resume online and was told during the phone interview that they would like to schedule in-house interview. In-house interview was scheduled for one week later and I met with the Recruiter, Accounting Mgr and Director of Accounting. Interview was very bland and more about seeing if our personalities meshed. Follow up 2 weeks later for second-round interview request. Scheduled second round for a week later with Director of HR, Director of Finance, Director of Audit and the CFO. Interviews were very bland and more behavioral/personality fit questions. There was not much discussion about the actual job itself. Was told that I would hear about the decision within a few days and was informed over 2 wks later that they went with different candidates and were going to keep my resume on file as I had stellar interview ratings.

Negotiation Details
I was left to negotiate very little. i would advise asking for what you want up front. If you don't get it walk away. Arbella will hire you as high as they can (which isn't competitive at all) and not increase your salary. They will make promises they will not keep.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2008 (took 3+ weeks)
I had an initial phone interview about 2 weeks after mailing my resume. The phone interview was 45 minutes long. This was followed with a 1 on 1 interview, lasting about 1 hour, two weeks after the phone interview. This was then followed by a panel interview two weeks later.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Quincy, MA (took 2+ weeks)
I received a phone call from an HR representative who asked a few questions that tied back to my resume. We scheduled a date for me to interview in the Home Office the following week. He sent me an application to fill out and bring with me. The application included information about their background check process and had a page for me to list me last 4 jobs including start and end pay. I met with HR, my potential direct manager, her manager and the manager from ETG (IT). I was asked for examples of negotiation and time management. We discussed why I was interested in Arbella and what I liked about the position. When talking about my experience, they looked much more at my application than resume. They all seemed intelligent, friendly, and interested in keeping their small company feel. The HR recruiter was able to confirm that the company has a low turnover rate; they have lost some folks when they moved offices but have not had to do any major RIFs.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Quincy, MA (took a day)
It seems like it would have been a great place to work but I got the feeling that I wasn't what they expected as soon as I walked in the door. I wonder if my race had impact. I was qualified but never had a offer presented.
