Interviewed Mar 2011 in Macomb, IL (took 2 days)
Well I came in with a smile and asked for an application and a week later I followed up. They really liked that I called back to follow up and they called me in for an interview. The interview was mostly about how fast I learn and how well i work with others.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Buford, GA (took a day)
Just interviewed with the manager and then the general manager if necessary. It's pretty straightforward. They ask where you see yourself in five years, your flaws, etc. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Interviewed May 2009 (took 2 weeks)
The interview process is very easy, very casual. It would be in a candidate best interest to prepare for the interview by watching Sports Center highlights. Be sure you know your football well and particularly SEC football. It wouldn't hurt if you mentioned GO DAWGS a few times in the interview.
I was asked very few questions about my resume, education or prior experience. I also completed a DISC personality test as part of the interview process.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I got a call to set up an interview, I came in the next week. The interview was typical - why should I hire you?, what makes you a good candidate for this position?, tell me about yourself. Then I took a quiz and personality assessment that took an hour. They called me 2 days later and offered me $28K.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
They did not offer enough money, especially not for 50 hours a week.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Rincon, GA (took a day)
I turned in a paper application and was called back about a week later for an interview the day of the phone call. I was offered a free soft drink upon arrival and asked to sit in the lobby to wait for the General Manager. The interview process was very professional. I was told about the hiring process and what working for the store would be like. Finished up by addressing when call backs would be made (within the next 2-3 days). I received a call back for the position applied for within just a few hours. The assistant manager suggested I be hired due to my friendly presence when I came for the interview and came in on his day off the next morning for my orientation. The work environment is wonderful. Very professional but also fun and friendly. Even though it's crew in fast food, I love my job.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
I turned in a paper application for full time employment and did not hear back from Arby's until a month later,
I was a few minutes early, was offered a free beverage while I waited, The store Manager and district manager were present during the interview process, They were very nice and friendly, the store manager mentioned more than once that she was new and a little nervous to be giving her first interviews. I given the job on the spot.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
Phone interview with corporate recruiter (they found my resume and contacted me). I was then contacted by the DM and had a 1:1 interview. Then met with another DM for personality/IQ test. Later met with area Director of Operations for 1:1 interview. Once DO approved hire, submitted drug and background test. After that, received offer over the phone from DM who would be my supervisor. All management were professional and pleasant. Though the process took about a month, it did not feel dragged out. All managers were very flexible with dates and times for interviews considering that I was currently working.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I decided it would be best for my personal situation to stay with my current employer at that time. I am still considering working for Arby's, however, as the managers I met with were all very professional and seem like great people to work for, and the company has a lot of benefits to offer.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 2 days)
The personality test was extensive, and repetitive and very very long. The answers were given in a multiple choice format and sme of the answers did not seem to make sense. The atmoshpere for taking this test was over the phone with customers talking and loud music playing. Also, the test was referred to as a "survey" but it was clearly a test.
