I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Arby's in December 2009.

Interview Details – LONG...They will talk with you for anywhere from 90-120 minutes. They sometimes administer a Wonderlic test, which is a 2 part test that uses word problems to test your math skills and reasoning process. First part is timed and they tell you. The second part is also timed but they do NOT tell you.

Serve hot and fresh quality product
Maintain crystal clean customer view and work area
Follow all food and personal safety procedures
Replenish and rotate supplies
Keep the lot, lobby, dining room, and kitchen clean
Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out the by company and in the OSM and Team Member handbook
Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this job description
Complete shift duty list each and every shift
Secure and account for all cash and merchandise on shift
Schedule priorities to meet customer needs
Report any unsafe problems, conditions, or practices to the General Manager

Interview Details – Very laid-back district manager and reminded me of a college kid who could not wait to go have drinks with his friends after the interview. Very short interview and he set me up with the V.P. of operations and that interview was also laid back.

Interview Details – I was called to come in and have an interview with the manager. The interview was easy and relaxed. Just had to answer a few questions and explain what I wanted in a career or why I wanted the job. They like friendly people and it is great if you have customer service background. I was offered the job after my interview, and asked to come back for training.
