Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Fremont, CA Oct 2010 – Reviewed Feb 4, 2011
Interview Details – there are three round of interview, the HR took the first round on the phone, basically verify the important information. the second round is my direct manager, who goes very deep to asked what i have done before and why i selected arcsoft. the final round is from peers, which is quite an open discussion
Interview Question – what is your weakness? Answer Question
Other Details - I applied in-person and the process took 3 weeks.
