Interviewed Oct 2010 in Burns Harbor, IN (took 2 weeks)
I was first interviewed on campus by an engineer, then I was selected for an onsite tour and series of interviews at Burns Harbor. The company paid for all travel and food expenses associated with the trip. The plant interviews and tour was an all day activity. I was interviewed by 5 different engineers that worked at different plants for ArcelorMittal. Each interview focused on different types of behavioral questions.

Reason for Declining
I declined the offer because my husband (also an engineer) was given a better offer by a different company in a different state.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in East Chicago, IN (took a day)
Was selected for a pre-interview at a career fair at my school. When I went into the location, I found out I was being interviewed by one person in a room full of other interviews from other companies. The interview lasted around 30-40 minutes, mainly on behavioral questions.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Burns Harbor, IN (took a day)
Fairly easy going, simple interview process. Basic questions about my resume and interest in the company. Went to their information session the night before so I didn't have many questions about the company. The interviewer was an alumni from my school so we made small talk. Most of the interview was done within half an hour.

Wanted to know general information and experience ranging from technical skills to leadership and past work experience. There seems to be a lot of opportunity to move around in the company and also a lot of resources to harness to complete tasks.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 5 weeks)
There was a basic interview at my campus, I made it to the second round which consisted of 4 interviews with 4 different people from varying backgrounds. We then took a several hour long tour of the entire facility which was pretty long and terrible. Everyone just wanted to get out of there after the interviews.
