Interviewed Apr 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 5 weeks)
There was a basic interview at my campus, I made it to the second round which consisted of 4 interviews with 4 different people from varying backgrounds. We then took a several hour long tour of the entire facility which was pretty long and terrible. Everyone just wanted to get out of there after the interviews.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
The interview itself was rather generic. Questions about resume and a few deeper questions such as talking about specific skills that could be brought to the table. Also there was a question about terrible bosses that you have at one point had. If I hadn't pulled an all nighter I would have been a helluva lot sharper.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
One day, two interviews. The HR intern "forgot" I was supposed to be there, so I caught my interviewers off guard. They didn't really give me a hard time and I was hired shortly after. They had no idea where to place me, though. I sat around for about six weeks until someone had a chance to place me. I was never trained or exposed to the industry despite my efforts. Makes me wish I applied to an accountant position and had a well defined, systematic role. As a Financial Analyst, I actually do more cost accounting, but I suppose it is nice to be involved in different projects with different groups day to day. It keeps things interesting, but sometimes I struggle to find my role.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Drug Test.
