Although the position had nothing to do with actual game development, they are very keen on culture. Although they do seem to hire non-gamers into some corporate roles, it seems to be a big plus if you are connected to the culture and product. But do not lie on this question - they will call you out hardcore, as your interviewers are probably all gamers. If you bring up a specific game title, be prepared to answer questions about it.
