Had an interview with them at a career fair. The recruiter was nice and it was a one on one interview which was all behavioral questions.
The on site interview, got flown up and out in one day which consist of a skills test, panel interview (peer 2:1) and then a manager interview. My manager wasn't that much of a help and asked a question about a program which the company didn't do. The skill test had this break down General, HTML, JAVA, SQL, ASP, XML, CSS, and AJAX

The manager did a great job of setting expectations and allowed me to ask several questions. It was a 2 way conversation and I enjoyed learning more about the company and thier growth.

I received a phone call from a recruiter to ensure I was still in need of a new job. The next day, one of the managers contacted me for a phone interview. About two days after that, I received another phone call to setup an apt to go in for an interview. The interview itself was with two managers and two staff members, it lasted about two hours. Two days later, i was offered the position. The interview did not seem to be very organized. The managers review your resume and then pick certain topics to drill down on (they may not even be related to the job itself). Seems as though the best thing is to just be honest about what you know, if you don't know something, that is fine, just say so. They have an extremely long training program that you enter as soon as you are hired, they can teach you what you need to know.
Some of the people that perform the interview have no experience in interviewing at all - and seem more interested in hearing themselves talk rather than actually doing an interview.
There will be a background check prior to your start date.

Received a phone call and email with interview information. The office and culture was very professional and quiet. Interview started with a programming quiz that had about 20-something questions. It included figuring out the output in programs in java, javascript, sql and general concepts - but was multiple choice. Followed by the interview that involved regular questions about previous experience and scenario type questions about how I would handle certain situations and have handled them in the past. Got a quick tour of the place, thus making the interview last about an hour and a half.

It started off with a phone interview with a recruiter within the company. After that was a group interview with several other interviewees. During that time we learned more about ARGO and its benefits and promotion plans.
After that I met with a couple groups of people (most mid-management) for actual interviews.

Senior manager performing the interview wanted to talk about himself rather than me. Told me everything he has done at ARGO. When I presented what I had done, he seemed to focus too much on "what was your role" "what was your accountability" "your engagement level"? But when I answered he didn't seem to accept - very close minded.
