2 phone interviews and 6 back to back 1:1 interviews, the last two being case interviews.

Negotiation Details
no negotiation possible regarding money. very flexible regarding paperwork, timing and sponsoring work visas.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

So, one would estimate the number of streets. Lets presume 200.
Then estimate the number of avenues or North-South roads. Lets presume an average of 11, given the width of the island varies.
Then lets presume that every junction has a traffic light.
Our answer would then be 2,200 traffic lights.
Right or wrong makes no difference -the value is unimportant. What counts is that we used solid logic to arrive at an answer.
