Interview Details – Started as several phone interviews, & then followed by a face to face interview. Once you finished the personality test, skills test, background check, and drug test, you wait. Once the job is offered, you go through extensive product and sales training to get into the store and have management tell you the total opposite.
Interview Question – How would you describe your sales experience and give one example where you exceeded in sales? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There is not a negotiation phase.
