first round was telephonic round ,
Questions asked related to java are middle level questions.
Then second two round is face to face.
In these two rounds they asked puzzle and algorithims .
Even they asked me to describe using blackboard.

  • 1:Why use file reader and filestreamer
    2:Write a program to find combination of all letters in phonepad.Use binary tree
    Ex:1-a,b,c,d 2-d,e,f 3-g,h,i
    When press 1 and 3 it mean combination of a.b,c,d and e,f,g
    3:combination of all letter of a string
    Ex:ab o/p-a,b,ab,ba

    4:Load factor in hash map.
    How hashmap work
    5:Reverse linklist with single pointer.
    6:linklist with value [2,3,4,5,6] want result [4,2,0,5,6]
    7:Sort all elements in binary tree we have to use BFS
    8:When to use inorder preorder or postorder
    9:SQL-give second max employee salary from employee list.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Ariba in February 2012.


    The interview was rigourly on datastructures,algorithm and technical.
    I was extremely stressed out after 6 hours of 4 rounds of interview.

    The HR and management rounds was cool.

    Interview Questions

    • Write program to return the angle between the hour and minute needle given the time   Answer Question
    • Write multithreading program so that threads are able to read the object when one thread is writing into it , but only one thread should be able to write to the object   Answer Question
