Process:
Day-1: Aptitude,IQ,Skill test
Technical Interview - Data Structures,C,C++,Computer Networks(basic),Operating System,Microprocessor(8085,8086) etc.
Day-2:HR Interview(based on a Critical Incidents fill-up form) and other usual questions
Overall great experience.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.

gd : just to test your capability of involving in a grp
tech iv : questions on c, ds, ccn, and ur branch related topics ll be asked
hr iv : chances of getting selected ll be 90% if yo clear previous rounds, .... hr ll be easy (don tak it for granted)

I got selected through campus recruitment process. It consist of a written test followed by interview. In interview they mainly asked question from c,data structure and my project. They were very friendly.

the interview process consisted of a written test. ppl who were shortlisted were called for a gd. A topic was given and we were divided into two opposing groups and were asked to put forward our points. this was followed by a 1:1 technical interview. mostly qns from programming were asked. it lasted for an hour and i was offered the position

Two technical interviews and one HR interview.
Technical interview is on C++ and UNIX and also about the current projects in detail.
Asked to write some programs related to C++ and STL for implementing Stack and Queue using Inheritance and polymorphism.
It is for Bangalore location the requirements has no onsite opportunity.

On 5 jan 2010 Aricent came to PICT, Pune for campus recruitment.
Process had Aptitude test, Group interview, PI (technical)
In Aptitude test
Different sections like c, Quant, etc were present. No sectional cut off. Overall easy test. Section by section they provide question papers that for perticular time limit
In Group Interview Test,
12 person were divided in two groups of 6 people. Process was some what different than normal ones. They provided Description of with and against subject and you have to talk from THOSE points only you cant add examples etc stuff. In whole session You speak for at least 1-2 min out of 10 mins. Very much arrogance may take you out of round.
In Interview technicals on C,Data Structures etc programs were asked. Percentage much matters in PI of this company. Company took cream layer from college.
