Interview

There was almost no hiring process. Incorporate your IB (independent business) and do the background/drug screening. There is a small amount of prerequisite training. Then you pay for a training package. After training, you start work. Then you actually start to earn cash.

Interview Questions

  • I incorporated, did the background screening, and paid for training.   Answer Question

    Interview

The process was simple. The application was easy to navigate on the arise website, and the process was pretty quick. The interview process/ questions depends on which IBO you choose. If you decide to incorporate and act as your own IBO, there is no interview, and you are your own boss.

    Interview Questions

    • There were no difficult questions. They were the typical questions such as have you ever worked in customer service? Have you ever worked from home? etc   1 Answer

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Arise (Macon, GA) in December 2009.

    Interview

All communication for the work at home positions was done virtually. They only wanted my money to pay for the background check, then I had to complete all of my skills tests. After you complete the skills test then you wait for them to post for client offers. You select a client pay for the certification course, attend the class, pass the class. Then you are ready to service that client.

They give a false aura of legitimacy citing mentions on national news programs, but they don't mention (unless you dig through their FAQ) that you have to pay to play. It is clear the CEO and her corporation makes most of their money off the independent contractors fees. You have to pay them $99 for "ACP 101" course before you find out if there are even jobs for you! PLUS, $30 to $225 for each "opportunity." All this with no guarantees that you will be hired for the specific job.
