I applied through other source and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Arise in January 2009.

Interview Details – From a candidate perspective, it was a good interview process, lead by the director of talent acquisition. Starting with advertising the position on Linkedin. Phone screening with the talent acquisition director. Then methodical 1:1 interviews coordinated with hiring manager and peers. This director is no longer there. There was no testing for business positions, and no standardized questions between interviewers.
