Interview Details –
Was referred by an employee. Walked in and spoke with a floor manager who took my resume. Got a call to come back the next day for a 1:1 interview with the store manager.
Questions:
- what are your hobbies?
- what are your future plans?
Tips:
- wear an outfit that is on trend
- be outgoing
Interview Question – What are your hobbies? View Answer
Negotiation Details – It was tough t negotiate a salary, as I think they start all their sales associates at minimum wage.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days.
