No Offer – Interviewed in Savannah, GA Oct 2012 – Reviewed Jan 29, 2013
Interview Details – Interview process was longer than I wanted, but once the onsite interview was set up, things went quickly. The whole interview went very well, very accommodating, meet several colleagues of varying levels from one-on-one interviews to over lunch. People were very nice, loved the site/facility (supposably a new building being built soon). Can't think of any negatives associated with this company or the people there.
Interview Question – How would you dictate being the boss/authority/expert to someone who's older and has been there much longer than you have? Answer Question

No Offer – Interviewed in Panama City, FL Jan 2011 – Reviewed Apr 7, 2011
Interview Details – Uncomfortable 4-on-1 aggressive round-robin questioning. Asked questions from a list inherited from International Paper. Several questions related to getting the applicant to say something negative about their most recent organization and boss. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Plant Manager spent several minutes trying to impress me about the list of people he had fired and why, but only mentioned one current employee that he had supported and developed.

Interview Details – Panel interview and then individual meetings with several different senior scientists. Typical panel question to get you to say something stupid. When PHD's are interviewed they get the joy of presenting some of their previous work. Sometime there are lots of questions, because you know pPHD's, they know everything about everything.
Interview Question – Tell me about one time when you had a conflict with some one at work? What did you do? Answer Question
