Interviewed Mar 2012 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 days)
Interviewed for manager level position and was advised decision was imminent. Was told by an insider I was the top candidate; then had zero follow up from recruiter or hiring manager. They should not forget that potential candidates are also customers.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Phoenix, AZ (took 4+ weeks)
Initially spoke in depth about the position with the hiring Manager then went for an in-person interview with a number of top Dept leaders. Everyone was extremely bright, professional, articulate, friendly and sincere. The company handled all the details regarding the interview and my accommodations (I am not from the area) and even provided a relocation expert to help me explore Phoenix and look into housing, should I be offered the job and accept.

Reason for Declining
The only reason I declined was because I decided I couldn't relocate outside of So. Cal due to proximity to family. APS genuinely seemed like it would be a wonderful, caring company; that the work would be interesting, at that I would enjoy my peers. In another time and place, I would've accepted without a second thought.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2+ weeks)
Panel of 3 interviewed me. They did not review my resume but only asked behavioral and performance type questions. How were they supposed to know my hard skills when they seemed only interested in my soft?

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 days)
First was a panel interview with HR and Engineering representatives. They asked a series of questions to see if you have good team, communication and problem solving skills. The last fifteen minutes was reserved for a presentation you had prepared for the interview. After this interview you had a one on one interview with the VP of Nuclear Engineering.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 4+ weeks)
Standard human behavior questions. Use the STAR method. ( Google it). Panel interview then a 1 on 1. Then they took a month to decide who the winners were. Then another month to put a package together and send it. HR is horrible. They won't answer office or cell phone. They won't respond to voicemail. They won't reply to emails. If you don't know someone already at the plant, don't expectancy contact from the plant.
