Interviewed Sep 2011 in King of Prussia, PA (took 2 weeks)
Interviewer asked preset questions that were most likely read directly from a list. Althought, the interview was for a scientist job, the questions were very standardized (ie. Tell me about yourself, What are your strengths? Tell me about a time when you solved a problem...etc...). The interviewer did not seem very interested in my answers and was very impersonal.

Declined onsite interview because had heard bad things about the company environment and did not have a positive phone interview experience.

The interview started early morning and consisted of seven or eight 1:1 interview and a presentation. A lot of behavior questions were asked and many of them were the same. So be prepared well. Some questions I remembered. Why did you go to this college, why did you choose our company, what is your strength.

Flew me in the night before. Stayed at a really crappy hotel. Interviewed with six onsite first tier directors, the vice president and two union officials. Interview went way over to the point that I almost missed my plane home. There was obvious internal conflict between the salried and hourly leadership. They had totally different perspectives of the vision and business strategymoving forward. Standard interview questions, except for the one "How do you feel about diversity and minorities in the workplace?" My answer was another question . . . "What is the percentage of women working here?" . . . when I was told about 15 percent, my answer was "I would prefer to work with a 50-50 ratio of men to women in the workforce I was representing, but that waswould be preferable."
