Interview Details – Job applications are taken online and the external applicants compete with current workers. Interviews are often conducted by phone after a screening process that makes NO sense at all. A background check IS required and one must obtain a NACI security clearance if one works in IT. It can take a while if you are lacking the required paperwork when you first come in.

Negotiation Details – There is a salary range and if your creds are good enough, you can come in making more than the long-term people who will be training you.
