Interviewed Feb 2011 in Boston, MA (took 3 days)
The interview process was fairly smooth though it was stretched out over a long period of time. Each time I thought I was out of the running, they would call with a follow-up interview. I interviewed a total of 3-4 times. Only one of the interview days was frustrating as I was supposed to meet with 5-6 people and 3-4 cancelled out at the last minute.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
I applied online for their intern program, about three days later I received a call from HR. We then set up a time to chat and then she gave me the thumbs up and I interviewed with a member of the team I would be working for. A few days after interviewing, I then received and accepted an internship offer. The interview for college internships is fairly straightforward; asking you to discuss you knowledge of Arnold, your background and why you're interested.
