Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 1 week)

I first met with the Engineering manager and we sat down for a few hours discussing my past experience and my expectations. He asked me to design and write down functions for a vending machine as a coding example. Then followed up with some logic puzzles to see how I solve problems. He was pretty satisfied with my answers so I had a follow-up interview a few days later with members of the engineering team. Interviewed with a handful of folks that I could be working with so we could all get a feel for what each other was like. I was asked about projects I liked in the past, and how to solve certain scenarios (ie - Spring/Hibernate questions). Another person asked which programming languages I liked and why.

I thought the engineers were engaging and intelligent. They asked good questions that allowed me to gauge their interests and let me explore possible answers.
