Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 1 week)
Interview process in 2009 was different than present - at that time I had a phone interview and then an in person interview which resulted in a job offer. The phone interview lasted approximately 45 minutes. The in person interview lasted approximately an hour. I am no longer working there and have no idea what the current process is.
Negotiation Details
There was no negotiation - I was told how much money they could offer and it was take it or leave it. No negotiation on time off either.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Glendale, CA (took 1 week)
Internship interview for Gallagher Benefit Services. After submitting my application materials, I had a 30 min. phone interview with the employee who referred me to the position. Questions included academic projects of which I was proud and questions about my strengths and weaknesses. This was followed by an on-site interview with a former intern, senior consultant, and area vice president. I met with each person independently for approx. 45 mins. The area vice president was running the internship program, and he explained the program rather than asking interview questions. Suit recommended for this company.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
I interviewed with two individuals, one who I would be working with, and one who I would be reporting directly to. they were very clear in their presentation of the position and the responsibilties, however, the description differed from what was posted online. I had applied for a part-time postition and they were looking for someone who would be able to work full time after a couple of months and who was able to travel. I was not offered the position (although I probably would have declined anyway). They did not notify me that I was not being considered -- I never heard from them after the interview. I didn't persue it since I found another position anyway.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 2 days)
First round of interviews were on campus, about 30 minutes, mostly behavioral questions. The second round is in-office, where I had 3 different 1:1 interviews with the president, a VP, and a manager. Mostly conversational, asked about why I want to work there, what I'm looking for out of the internship, etc. Left plently of time for me to ask questions. Everyone was very friendly.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Fresno, CA (took 4 months)
I knew the person who wanted to hire me. From this perspective, it wasn't difficult however, the hiring process took a long time due to the current climate in the industry. My advice would be to hang in there, be prepared and do your homework.
