Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 3 weeks)
Had a 1:1 interview on campus with hiring manager. Narrowed down to 12 for a panel interview at their office. Panel consisted of 2 district managers, a regional manager, and a senior account manager. Also went on a plant tour. Mostly consisted of behavioral/situational questions. Knowledge of company/industry was a plus. Out of 12 they hired 2.

Interviewed May 2010 in Santa Ana, CA (took 3 days)
HR talks to you by phone. You then take a personality test. If you get by their recommendation then you have a panel interview with the Manger and other peers in the same career path. Best to have an employees referral to get past the initial HR phone interview. Panel interview is not a difficult interview as long as you know you stuff. The online test at the end catches you off guard. Be prepared to do a little math, spatial relations and word association.
