Interview Details – Interview was panel (3) in Manila over the phone..... 11 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Interview Question – I expected to chat about my CV... instead I got questions about hydropower and climate change, neither of which I am an expert on. Who is Kansas knows first hand of these sectors... the subjects are not on my CV so why did they bother to interview? I couldn't really understand one of the interviewers accents but didn't think it proper to ask her twice to repeat the question. Answer Question

Interview Details – We had an initial phone interview (20 minutes), which was then followed up with an in-person interview (2 hours) and another in-person meeting to negotiate terms and start-date.

Negotiation Details – Yes. Talk to other consultants about what rate they pay. International consultants get paid at a higher rate than local consultants. They will try to low-ball you.

Very good work culture, collegial rather than competitive for the sake of being competitive. 360 degree feedback is important for this company and teams are asked to speak to the candidate not just the interviewer. On the flip side if confidentiality is an issue you are not likely to be able to keep this confidential
