    • I expected to chat about my CV... instead I got questions about hydropower and climate change, neither of which I am an expert on. Who is Kansas knows first hand of these sectors... the subjects are not on my CV so why did they bother to interview? Very good work culture, collegial rather than competitive for the sake of being competitive. 360 degree feedback is important for this company and teams are asked to speak to the candidate not just the interviewer. On the flip side if confidentiality is an issue you are not likely to be able to keep this confidential
