Standard campus recruitment process including Group Discussion and Interview. The company emphasizes on business ethics. The company is highly execution oriented and prefers candidates with proven execution capabilities. In my opinion Asian Paints tends to prefer people who are down-to-earth but have sound knowledge of their domain area besides having a good pedigree and academic performance.
