Explained that job security was the reason since they were now outsourcing departments and turnover rate was now thru the roof and where as seniority would seem to give security, it was now the opposite and altho I'd be taking a cut in pay to start over, I eventually would be making more after a few years with SW since the 'tap out' pay was quite a bit more.
