Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 5 days)
I contacted a friend who was employed by Aspen and had him pass my information along. I then had a phone interview and submitted an online application. The next step was a 1:1 interview where I was bench tested to assess my skills, and accepted, a full time position. The opportunity for advancement was made clear from the beginning and I was promoted, after proving my capabilities, in a little over a year.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Paducah, KY (took 6 months)
I started the interview process in the fall of my senior year of dental school. I was researching Aspen Dental b/c they built an office pretty close to where I was planning on opening my own private office. I poured over their websites and videos and what they had to offer intrigued me. I contacted them about a job they had posted and they directed me to fill out a job application online. Over the next few months, I had several phone interviews and a couple in person interviews. Not alot to them, basically asking me how long it took me to do different procedures and why I wanted to work for them. I felt very comfortable during the process. The interviewers were not dentists, they were managers, and they spoke to me with a great deal of respect and it was almost like I was the interviewer. I made it clear that I was not interested in working for a "doc in a box" and they made it clear that the dentists are in control of the treatment they deem necessary.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
There was not much of a negotiation. They told me what the daily salary was, and then explained that an cash incentive would be based on production for that individual office. I was initially offered the associate position, but when the current managing clinical director (head dentist) didn't work out, then their position was offered to me.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Spartanburg, SC (took 2 days)
Detailed phone interview. I was surprised though that they are interested in me because I do not have a day's experience in dental. This concerns me. A place with integrity would want someone with experience. I felt like I was being interviewed for a used car sales job. I would like to know if I am right.

Phone interview with the regional recruiter, then a person interview with both the regional director of operations and regional manager. The interview process lasted for roughly 2 hours and I was hired right on the spot and offer a salary.
Negotiation Details
I didn't negotiate salary because the offer was reasonable and above market offers in the similar positions
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
