Interviewed Sep 2008 in West Chicago, IL (took 4 weeks)
Had 4 1 on 1 interviews. 1 interview was with a Sr. member who was not on the account I was interviewing for, it was obvious she didn't want to be there. Overall the interview was pretty straightforward. Business professional attire is highly recommended. People are very nice, but you are expected to work and work hard.

Negotiated a bit was given a small increase and additional vacation time form their norm.
