Research Student Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Aspiring Minds.
Interview Details – It was three round process. First round was coding / algorithms telephonic interview. Second round was coding task where you have to create software in time span of a week and the third round was technical round where resume details are asked.
Interview Question – Coding task second round was hard as the work requires vast area knowledge. A question from first round which was to find the adjacent elements of a cell in the matrix was difficult. View Answers (2)
Negotiation Details – This profile requires that you should be pro in learning things as well you have to give all correct answer in the first round. If you gave wrong answer then forget this offer!
Corporate Sales Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Aspiring Minds in June 2012.
Interview Details – First Telephonic interview

Technical Content Writer/Software Engineer Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Aspiring Minds in November 2012.
Interview Details – There was an online test, for which students of our college registered & the qualified students were called for interview in their Office. In the Interview there were 2 parts: First was a written test with 2 Codes & 5 find the errors Along with 1 paragraph of 250 words on technical & non technical topics; Secondly there was an Technical Interview & shortlisted students(After written & technical) goes through the final HR Interview

Software Engineer Interview (Negative Experience; Very Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Aspiring Minds in July 2012.
Interview Details – It started with online c programming test, simple programs were given like merging a sorted list and reversing words of a sentence in place.
I completed both programs 15 minute before the time given, more shocking was when people who cudnt even compile a program were also shortlisted for further rounds

Relationship Manager Interview (Negative Experience; Average Interview)
The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Aspiring Minds in September 2011.
Interview Details – It was telephonic interview which is followed by Job Councillor then HR of the Company and then Sales head. The People who are involve in the process were not at all clear at any time. they change there statements.
Reason for Declining – Because of non clearance of job profile and the offer.
Client Servicing Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Aspiring Minds in May 2012.
Interview Details – First round was a written test,then there was a group discussion.It was followed by a hr interview that was one is to one interview .Since i had applied for the post of client servicing manager,final round was an interview with senior client servicing managers that was a panel interview.Overall experience was really positive.
