Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 4 days)
The interview process was your typical HR screening followed by a meeting with the hiring manager. Everything went great and the manager was very conversative instead of just grilling me with packaged questions. I was ofered the position but ultimately took a similar position somewhere else that offered a more generous PTO package.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The phone screen was basic information gathering; Why you applied, how many hours you wanted, what pay rate you were expecting, and past experience.
The in-person interview was with the teller supervisor, the branch manager, and even the district manager for a short time (although I don't think that's typical). The branch manager seemed energetic and upbeat. She did most of the talking (which I've since learned is her favorite thing to do), but the supervisor just hit on key points. They took turns asking questions. The short time the DM was in, he introduced himself and asked me what brought me to apply there. After I answered, he told me he liked me, and hoped to see me again. It wasn't a difficult interview at all.

Negotiation Details
I wish I would have negotiated with them, but I didn't feel I was in a position to choose. If you get to this point and feel their offer was lowballing you, then ask for more. It seems to me if you don't get what you were hoping for right off the bat, it will take you a while to work your way up. There isn't any specific rule for when you get a raise. Even if you are doing great in everything and exceeding all goals, chances are you'll still have to ask for one.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 2 weeks)
You begin by applying online. The first step is a phone interview with tape recorded questions. These questions are heavily based on your ability to sell products with specific examples from past job experiences. If you pass the phone interview, the next step was a interview with both the branch manager and teller supervisor. For me this interview was unstructured and easygoing.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Kenosha, WI (took 4+ weeks)
I was asked about previous job titles and their duties by the phone interviewer, the hiring manager, and the district manager. Went through two 30 minute phone screening and a hour 1:1 interview. They are very thorough in their questioning, but also keep it an open conversation.
