I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at AstraZeneca in January 2011.

Interview Details – A brief phone interview followed by a 1:1 interview included basic resume and experience questions with one scenario/example. They presented a possible scenario you could encounter in the position and asked how you would handle it. Other behavioral questions had a basic format: circumstance, action you took and the end result. Entry level position, so they don't expect much from the candidates, just solid communication skills and good personality.
