After applying for the job, selection for the interview took the most time. Once the final list was ready, I was contacted for a telephone interview and then a week later, asked for my availability for a HQ based panel interview. In two weeks, the inerview process was completed and the offer letter took another 10 days to arrive.

Very little was negotiable, but worth the try.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
