It was an on campus drive. They had four rounds, aptitude, group discussion, technical interview, HR interview.
Aptitude had English, quantitative aptitude and analytic sections. It was fairly easy.
They announced the results next day. Then we had to go in for group discussion. We were given the topic WOMEN EMPOWERMENT. Other groups got topics like Budget 2013, Narendra Modi as Prime Ministerial candidate etc.
I got through the group discussion.
In the technical interview, mostly they concentrated on the basic OOP principles and DB concepts. They asked questions on inheritance, constructor, destruction, encapsulation etc which was pretty easy to answer. But along with every question they wanted me to give a real life example, how it helps in optimization of code etc. (you can only give real life examples if you have had quite a programming experience).
I got through technical as well.
Finally in the HR round of interview, she asked about my hobbies etc. She quite carefully went through my CV and asked about everything mentioned in the CV. For example - all the projects i did, why did i mention Confidence, team building attitude, self motivating as my qualities. She asked me to elicit instances which shows that i indeed have these qualities.
Then she asked if I have any problems with relocation, do i have passport, would i mind going abroad etc.
Finally i got selected

First there was a written test for 1 hr, containing 50 questions.
40% were selected and there was a technical round in which focus was on projects, technology and elective and favorite subjects
All candidates then had a HR round in which they drilled you and tried to make you angry and stressed by yelling at you and ignoring you... if you kept calm your chances of being selected were good!
