Interviewed Apr 2012 in Milwaukee, WI (took 2 weeks)
I applied online and within 2 weeks I received a phone call from an HR representative asking me to come in. She was very understandable with scheduling an interview around my busy school schedule. The interview consisted of basic questions, with only some of the question's phrasing throwing me off.
At the end of the 45 minute interview, he promised to call me back within 10 days either way. 9 days later, I received a call saying the company requirements changed, the position needed to be filled by someone graduating within the following school year.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Milwaukee, WI (took a day)
I sent in my application through Aurora's website and received a phone call a few days later from the HR office to set up an interview at their employment office on Forest Home Ave. When I arrived for the interview, I filled out paperwork authorizing Aurora to do a background check on me and answering questions about if I had ever violated HIPAA or had ever been convicted of crimes against a patient, etc. Then I had a 1:1 interview with a very nice woman who was casual and not purposefully intimidating. She asked a series of questions about how I have reacted to certain situations in the past as opposed to asking questions about how I would act in a hypothetical situation. She explained that Aurora is interested in what I have done previously not how I think I would react. Then she opened up the interview for me to ask her questions about the company and said that she would move me along in the interview process and I would be receiving a call from the person who would be my direct supervisor should I be selected to come back for a subsequent interview(s).

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Milwaukee, WI (took 2 weeks)
The first interview was very relaxed. It was more of a screening process to see if i would be compatible with the culture of the organization. Since Aurora is a leading health care provider all of the questions were very patient/customer service oriented. The second interview was more serious. Almost all of the questions dealt with my skills and what i brought to the table and how I would fit into the department.
