    It started with a phone screen which went over my experience and C++/Windows skills. It finished with being flown in, interviewed for about 3 hours, and realizing I really wanted to work here and I really liked the people.

    • I was thrown by having to prepare a PowerPoint summarizing my experience, but in retrospect, I found this to be a really good way to get the interview started. I know engineers hate sales and this involved selling myself, but having been on the other side a few times now, I really like it. Technical skills matter, yes, but communication skills are essential.   Answer Question

    Peer interviews were well informed and prepared.
    Upper mgmt was more concerned with personality fit than technical apptitude (that should have been a warning)
