Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2 days)
Recruiter will reach out to you and schedule a face to face interview.
Then they could possibly have you speak to one of the other HR Specialists to give you a more "accurate overview"
If the are interested they conduct a background and drug test and will make you an official offer after a satisfactory result.

Get as MUCH as you can, they are on "wage freezes" so I would get as much as you can in the beginning.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Valencia, CA (took 7 weeks)
All the Salesmanagers told me that I would earn $8,000 to $10,000 monthly, get at least two days a week off, be given three shirts, business cards and the best training in the industry. I've been here a year now and have received the most mediocre training, no shirts, no business cards and get one day a week off every other week.

Negotiation Details
Negotiated nothing better than they give everyone else. Better negotiate your two days a week off in writing and expect to earn about $13 /hour.
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, FL (took 1+ week)
First had a 1:1 interview with the director for the position. Then setup a panel interview with 9 other directors and the CIO. Was made offer the next week. Both interviews went into detail on both personnel management and technology management. The panel interview was done in a large conference room at a oval table with different directors asking me questions, along with the CIO.
