Customer Service Representative Interview

Customer Service Representative
Denton, TX

I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at AutoZone in October 2011.

Interview Details – First, I talked to the store manager about the "now hiring" positions posted in the store window. The initial application was on-line at AutoZone.com. Later, I interviewed with the store manager and, later, the district manager. One must be honest about previous mechanical experience, if you have any (none required). It doesn't take but a few questions to see if you are honest.
The store manager stressed the AutoZone concept of WOW customer service and how it works. If you are not customer service minded, don't go any further--look elsewhere.

Interview Question – None asked. Very straight forward.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – You must be willing to accept the low starting, entry level pay.
