Interview Details – Went to Autozone.com filled out there online application then took a eighty minuet personality quiz after i was all done with that it took them just 3 hours to call me next day i went to the interview and was told if i had the job or not right there the same day.

Interview Details – Applied online was asked to take online tests, passed all of them easily. Then came the 1-1 interview with the store manager he asked me about my general automotive knowledge it was all in all pretty easy. Also will do a background check.

Interview Details – it was alot harder than i thought it would be. It was mainly about past history events from other jobs,people and happenings. I think had they asked about my experience and knowledge of the current position i was applying for, they would have had a completly different view of my application for hire

Interview Details – after applying online and speaking to the store manager i sat down for a 1 on 1 interview several days later in which he asked my past work experience, fields of automotive knowledge, what i wanted out of this job(promotion, just paying my bills etc). He also explained the basics of working at AZ and what they would expect. After waiting several more days for my background check, and approval from the district manager to hire me they sent me to a 1 day class and had me on the schedule for the following week.
