    Senior Software Engineer Interview

Anonymous Employee in Montreal, QC (Canada)
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Autodesk (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in January 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and contact an Autodesk recruiter through LinkedIn. She referred me to a third party that helps Autodesk to hire in Montreal (Stolo.com).
Then, I got a call from one of Stolo's senior recruiters and she setup an interview with me. However, she didn't explicitly mention the location of interview, and I assumed the address in her signature is her address.
After, going to Stolo office, and waited for 15-20 minutes, I have been interviewed by a junior recruiter for a totally different position!!!
Since the interview was not relevant, the second interviewer told me that she (the senior one) will setup an interview with me.
Still after a month, sending tons of follow ups, calling and leaving voice message, the recruiter from Stolo didn't give me a response.
I don't know why a company like Autodesk works with a amateur recruiter like Stolo!!

    Product Support Specialist Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Autodesk (Montreal, QC (Canada)) in September 2009.

    Interview

The interview was a phone interview. There was multiple people but the interview was well balanced and informative. It didn't really give a good indication of what the position was like, it felt more like a "do we like you?" interview, I was overqualified so maybe that is why there was no skill test
