Interviewed Aug 2011 (took a day)
I was contacted by an internal recruiter from UK who requested that I call. That, for me, means international calling rates, thanks. The interview went pretty much exactly as expected - "you're wasting my time" attitude combined with questions any half-wit who _actually_ read my resume could answer. At one point I basically started sabotaging the interview because I really didn't want to be talking to this person any longer. Some interviews are a pleasure even with no offer... this, i don't know how this interviewer could make it so insanely boring and annoying. Obviously didn't receive an offer and neither, not surprisingly, a rejection letter.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
There was an initial phone screening, followed by a full-day interview divided into hour-long technical evaluations with different groups of 1-2 people. The interviewers all seemed very bright and knowledgeable, and the interviews were well-conducted and probing, but not confrontational.
Applicants should be aware that the company has a non-negotiable legal agreement that employees are required to sign. Included in the agreement is a lifetime-long anti-disparagement clause and a requirement to disclose to the company everything that an employee authors, even things that are unrelated to the company's business and done on the employee's own time.
Negotiation Details
Offer was take-it-or-leave-it; no negotiation permitted.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
