I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Autonomy in September 2008.

Interview Details – Interviews were very well thought through. Specific case studies were provided to see how the individual would respond in each case.

Subsequent interviews with senior management were very impressive - management is very clear about direction, strategic hires, culture, work environment and importantly where they are and where they want to be.

Interview Question – How would you handle providing devastating news to your customer?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Negotiations were tough, though they were flexible with the joining date
