Tremendous hype about the company's technology and sales pay plan.
Fly at ridiculous hours becasue they have no planning and only 2-3 people can make a decision. You are at the mercy of their schedule. Calls at the last minute selling you on why you should change everything to meet their schedule.

Negotiation Details
There really is no negotiation. Just chaos trying to communicate with the company. They feel everything is hurry up and wait for weeks with no update. (That means NO Update)

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

The interviewer was very honest that only the most cut-throat sales people would be hired.
Monitoring was to be daily with a culling of all but the most successful after 3-6 months.
They preferred people with sales engineering experience rather than sales, to be comply with the monitoring process.
